How long does shipping take?

Canada and US shipping usually takes about 4-7 business days AFTER shipment.
International shipping usually takes about 3-4 weeks AFTER shipment.

We do shipments on Tuesdays and Fridays. For example, if you order on a Tuesday and your order has not shipped yet, then it will ship on a Friday.

 

Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final unless proven that the product was damaged or lost during shipment. In the case of a refund, only the product cost will be refunded. The shipping cost will not be refundable.

 

My order was marked as delivered but I never received it, what should I do?

If your order was delivered and you still haven't received it, please give it another week to see if it shows up. If not, please contact the courier as there is not much else I can do regarding your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. To check if we ship to your country, please checkout and item and see if a delivery option appears.

 

Why do some products ship at different times?

Generally anything that's not the booster pack is shipped from a different supplier and as a result, your products will arrive at different times.
